"My order showed up way faster than I thought"
I ordered a few tops from Coldwater Creek the shipping was smoother than half the stuff I deal with online lately. I got the tracking email quickly, and miracle of miracles, the tracking actually updated instead of just sitting there pretending my package was “in transit” for five days.

The package showed up a couple days early, everything was folded nicely, and there were no weird smells, damage, or random nonsense to deal with. It was a simple order, sure, but that’s kind of the point, it worked the way it’s supposed to, which apparently feels rare now. I’d definitely order again.

"Fit was just right tbh"
I ordered my usual size and it fit really well, not tight at all. The sleeves were maybe a tiny bit long, but still super comfy lol.

I returned my order and the refund took way longer than I expected. I couldn’t tell if it had been a few days or already over a week because the updates were kind of confusing. It did eventually get sorted out, but the return process felt slow.

I had a question about my order, and the woman on chat was super nice. She looked it up really quickly and explained what was going on without making me feel stupid for asking. My issue got fixed the same day, which was awesome. I’m really happy with how they handled everything.

"Cute styles, but the prices are hard to justify"
I do like some of the styles at Coldwater Creek, but the prices feel a little steep for what you actually get. The sweater I ordered was fine, just nothing special, and you kind of expect better quality when you’re paying that much. I’d probably shop there again, but only if there’s a really good sale.

“Want to exchange 2 pair pants but appears they are no longer there. Anyone know when they closed customer service? The automated answering service just hangs up on you! If anyone is still working at Coldwater Creek, would you please contact me? I am so frustrated and confused”

Why does it take so long for a return to be processed? it seems like it happens when a customer uses a return lable. reimbursement exstremely slow.
